2021 Scholarship Awards Program

(application window is open January 1, 2021 through April 1, 2021)

Soul-Lifted Sisters Prayer Ministry and Outreach announces the 2021 Soul-Lifted Sisters Scholarship Awards Program. Under the Program, $500 scholarships will be awarded to seniors attending Public High Schools in the United States.

Program Guidelines & Priorities:

*Seeking graduating female or male seniors with a record of volunteerism in the community in non-school sponsored activities and participation in extracurricular school activities.

*500 word essay on why community service is important and how this scholarship will benefit you.

*Applicants must plan to attend a two (2)-year community college or four (4)-year university.

*Scholarship funds will be paid during the month of August 2021—directly to the student. The scholarship funds will be issued upon receiving a certificate of enrollment for the fall semester, which includes the Student ID number and schedule.

*Applicants must be a child of the following professionals: medical worker, first responder, police officer, corrections officer, government worker, county/state worker, social worker, teacher, or school board worker. Proof must be submitted with application attesting they are qualified for this scholarship program.

*Applications must be received no later than April 1, 2021. Late applications will not be accepted.

The applications will be reviewed, and recipients selected by the Soul-Lifted Sisters Scholarship Committee. The scholarships will be awarded May 15, 2021 during our annual Prayer Conference. A formal notification will be sent to scholarship winners.
